How is my baby girl 4?! I remember people telling me when I first had Inaara that the days are long but the years go by so fast, and that could not be more true.
I remember talking to Bronson about wanting to conceive and how I dreamed that my first would be a baby girl who had his intelligence and my personality. That is exactly what we got with our precious Inaara Rae. For those of you who don’t know, Inaara is the arabic word for ‘ray of light’ and LeClair is the french word for ‘the bright’. We chose Inaara’s middle name to be Rae to tie the two names together.
Our ‘bright ray of light’ is exactly what Inaara has been for us over the past 4 years. Through all my struggles with post-partum depression, the dark times we all went through with COVID, to fighting for her life when she was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis, and to coming out stronger than ever as a deaf child with cochlear implants – Inaara has been nothing short of being our bright ray of light.
We are forever indebted to God for blessing us with our beautiful baby girl, giving her life, keeping her alive, and allowing her to continue to thrive into the future.
